Everybody Just Have A Good Time

Yesterday marked the last REGULAR class day of my Freshman year in Ateneo.

So, I’m taking this chance to look back at many of my unforgettable firsts this school year. :’)

FIRST EVER BLOCK PHOTO! (OrSem Day 1, HAHAHAHA OMG)

FIRST EVER FOLIAGE SHOT IN ATENEO <3 Lovely View @ SEC Walk!

FIRST EVER LUNCH OUT @ Wok This Way! HAHA (The same day we found Joe & Mark)

FIRST HUGE SANGGU EVENT- SANGGUlympics! WHOO SOSS is LOVE. <3

FIRST EVER THEMED DRESS- UP DAY: Geek Day with the Block! HAHA

I’ve always liked the look of this whateveryoucallit board, HAHA! It’s right outside Gate 3.

FIRST EVER BONFIRE! HAHAHA 3peat, SO SWEET BABYYY! Don’t mind the haggard looks, HAHA

FIRST CHILL NIGHT with TG, AHIHIHIHI! MOREEE PLEASE

Time DOES fly, eh? HAHA Well, I’ve been having the time of my life this year and I would not have spent it any other way or with anyone else aside from the people that I was blessed to have been surrounded with. Who would have thought that I’d be in this position from the very first time that I filled- up that application form, right?

I never expected that I’d let go of my dreams of becoming a doctor for Psych.

I never expected to meet a bunch of people who’d turn out to be some of the greatest people I’ve ever met.

I never expected school days that ended before noon. (HEHEHEHEHE)

I never expected to be so emotional and nostalgic about English class.

I never expected the world to be this small.

I never expected a multitude of things but, I guess life really is full of surprises- that’s how it has been and, how it will always be. And, I would say that is what makes everyday worth living for.

I hope that all your school year’s ending as another unforgettable one as well!

HERE’S TO MORE SURPRISE- FILLED SCHOOL YEARS TO COME.

Even with the news saying that Tsunami Alerts have been removed in the jurisdiction of the Philippines, I am still constantly praying for the safety of the people in Japan.
Thank you, Lord for keeping my relatives in Nagasaki safe.

We just wanna make the world dance [February Finale]

Better late than never, right? HAHA

I’ve been so busy and preoccupied with school work that I didn’t have much time to update my blog. HAAAY, what is college life! Anyway, I just wanted to share with you guys what happened to me during the last few weeks of the love- filled month.

Nothing romantic, really. But I must say, quite lovely in its own way!

021411; Hearts Day!

My Buds and I had a 'secret valentine', it’s exactly like Kris Kringle but you know, not during Christmas! HAHA Obviously. Anyway, I received a disposable camera from Joan. She fooled me into believing she wasn’t my valentine -.- Check her tumblr, she has a travelling aficionado.

021811; Monthsary with B122!

Arrived quite late for the celebration but, I can’t help but feel so flattered to be included in this intimate gathering. I mean, to think that I’m an alumna and, everyone else isn’t YET, they remember me- C’mon, it’s just really touching!

Thank you so much for the kwentos guys, youknowwhoyouare!

Thank you too for the balloons! It’s been a while since I’ve last seen Helium balloons, HAHA

Here’s to more monthsary celebrations to come!

022311 (PART ONE); EnLit Mornings

This is actually a very common scene every MWF mornings whenever I enter our En/Lit classroom at Faura116, HAHA! These people helped me tolerate 730AM classes. How can you not go to class when you have people like them to spend time with, right?

Meet Karl Duque, Tin Andujare and Mico Lazatin.

Thank you guys for making me look forward to mornings, HAHA

Oh, Channing 8-> A GIRL CAN ONLY DREAM. HAHA And I now love Photobooth MORE for making this possible!

(PART TWO) Last Intac session

Had a heart- warming note- exchanging Intac class with my block! It’s extremely amusing as to how close we’ve all grown together from just mere block mates to really good friends. HOW TIME FLIES! We’re off to becoming Sophomores in a month’s time!

We’re incomplete here though :<

(PART THREE) B128 Photo Op

Had one of the cutest photoshoot moments with B128!
Thank you for the warm welcome, jejemanyaks- Sheena and I super enjoyed the company and of course, the love.

022811; Coffee Choco Chunk

Spent the last day of love with Ice- cream! HAHA For Chem lab, we had to make ice cream from scratch- we decided to make a coffee flavored one with choco chip bits. It turned out to be really delicious! Looks like we have a future in the dairy business, eh? HAHA kidding!

Meet my lab mates- Krista, Danie & Kiko!

Well, that sums it up for February!

Looking forward to the rest of 2011, HIHI

Hope you’re all having a great year as well!

We’re Unforgettable.
I was bored the other day and I could not find anything else better to do. So, I doodled in my happy journal! HAHA This doodle is dedicated to AJ Orate, youknowwhy! HAHA

All We Need Is ♥.

Valentine’s Day?

Single Awareness Day?

Or whatever.

Hah, I never really thought much about Valentine’s Day. I mean, I used to but, not much this year. Maybe it’s ‘cause I don’t have that significant other but, you know what! That didn’t stop me from actually enjoying this day and for actually feeling loved by the people who share their boundless love and care for me.

So, I’ll share with you guys the top 12 reasons as to why this day of love has proven itself to be filled with-ah, well- LOVE.

 1. Bouquet of Flowers- The first thing I received today was a bouquet of beautiful flowers from the most handsome man in the world, my one and only sweetie pie DAD. :”)
 2. Pick - Up Lines- Early Morning Carpool Rides are one of the simple joys in my life. It was a GV start with these guys exchanging pick- up lines at 7AM.
 3. Sweetest of Kisses- In En/Lit class, Tin gives me chocolate kisses that just kick started my day! THANK YOU ROSE, I LOVE YOU TO BITS.
 4. Breakfast in Bed (lol, jk) JSEC- Got together with my adorable block mates for breakfast together! Amidst the cheesiness in the atmosphere, we all just played cards to get our minds off our single blessedness, HAHAHAHA
 5. Love Songs - Well, not really BUT! I got a new bunch of songs from one of my ever- so- reliable sources, Matt Jao! YOU DA MAN, HAHA Thanks for the amazing song shares!
 6. Heart- shaped Candies- Our Chem Prof, being the cute professor that she is, gave all 80 of us in class a pack of heart- shaped marshmallows. HOW CUTE IS THAT RIGHT?
 7. Lunchapalooza - Had Lunch with my Bruus: Des, Nissa & Eunice! Bonded over our 1-hour long break to just simply share what’s been happening to us for the first half of this ‘special’ day! HAHA Glad we got to catch up after all the fail meet- up’s due to schedule conflicts. KOA, WE MISS YOU SO MUCH.
 8. Secret Valentine - Had a Valentines Day exchange gift special with my BUDS <3 Thank you, Joan, for the gift! I LOVE IT and I will put it to good use. HIHI Thank you for the laughtrips that we shared, we share and will be sharing.
 9. Sweet Inspirations- Thank you for that heart to heart, I think I really needed that. Thank you, srsly.
 10. Tub of Love- Mom bought my dad, Chino & I a huge ass tub of gelato from Caramia for this special day, HAHA! How adorable is that, such a sweetie mom!
 11. Candle (lol,jk)Fluorescent Lit Dinner- Had Hearts Day Dinner with Family and Family Friends over at Toff’s house! Good food, Good Laugh and GREEEAT PEOPLE.
 12. Pleasant Surprise- 'Will you be my Valentine?' :)

Well, my day will not be the most romantic of them all but, I would say it was quite a memorable one for me. HAHA I hope you all had a great day filled with happiness and love.

HAPPY VDAY 2011!

My feet are stuck here against the pavement; I want to break free.
One of the many breath- taking shots I found around the Ateneo campus, HAAAAY

Open Your Eyes

Last Saturday, our block was scheduled to have our Exposure Trip- it’s some kind of a one-day outreach program where we had to visit a community that we supported and, we would teach them anything of our choice or just simply play games with them.

My block was assigned to Payatas. Whatever your reaction is, that was probably exactly how I felt the moment they announced that to us as well. Anyway, I didn’t really think that this trip would actually give much of an impact to me because back in ICA, I was already exposed to these things and, I thought that it would just be the same old thing. AND BOY, WAS I WRONG!

Little did I know that I would meet the sweetest and cutest bunch of kids that I have ever meet! I got to know a lot of them and, knowing that each and every one of them had a goal in mind and dreams that they wanted to attain, just gave me the assurance that these kids won’t let their situation in life now affect who they wanted to become in the future. :)

In all honesty, this trip made me realize a number of things:

First, I am very lucky for everything that I have been provided with and, that I should appreciate every single thing that I have.

Second, there is still so much to learn from other people everywhere.

Third, my blockmates and I would make good parents someday (I REALLY HOPE SO HAHA) <3

And lastly, not everyone is given the chance to live a good life but, that doesn’t stop them from becoming good people.

This trip was extremely draining but, truly heart- warming as well!

I’m really glad I got a chance to be part of this experience, it opened my eyes to another aspect of reality- one that I will never forget. :)

With Ate Tour guide (CRAP, I FORGOT HER NAME :|) as she showed us around the dumping area. WHAT A SIGHT, I MUST SAY.

Meet Pikoy <3 The cutest baby boy in the world, HAHA And that’s Casey, my other adorable block mate!

We taught them to sing Hawak Kamay along with our ever-so-talented block singer/ guitarist, Erika. ^:)^ Can you believe they sang Justin Bieber’s Baby with us as their first song choice? HAHA SUCH A CUTE BUNCH OF KIDS.

Don’t mind the stupid expression on my face. I almost forgot that during the trip, we found Mark’s twin brother, Mark. HAHAHA HOW COOL IS THAT! They’re just so alike, it’s freaky! So this is me between Mark and Mark.

This is all of us. <3
